Interstate 70 shoots north from Hancock, Maryland into Pennsylvania. In Breezewood, it suddenly stops at a traffic light and then finds itself on the Pennsylvania Turnpike, together with Interstate 76. In New Stanton, I-70 leaves the Turnpike and continues on its own again toward Wheeling, West Virginia.
