U.S. Route 76

U.S. Route 76 is one of South Carolina's longest U.S. Highway corridors, running nearly 300 miles east-west from the Georgia line near Westminster in Oconee County, to the North Carolina line in northwestern Horry County. It goes through Clemson, Newberry, state capital Columbia, Sumter and Florence. Part of US 76 in Columbia overlaps with Interstate 126, a spur of Interstate 26 in the area. It also intersects the east end of Interstate 20 Business, leading to mainline I-20, in Florence.
