Interstate 195 west
Coming off Elm Road on the property of the Baltimore/Washington International Airport, Interstate 195 begins with signage for the airport terminal, parking and hotels at next right, along with the highways intersected ahead and which cities they provide access to. Photo taken 08-11-2024.
Exit 1 up ahead can be used to access the BWI Rail Station. Located along Amtrak's Northeast Corridor, it has direct Amtrak and MARC Penn Line service to Baltimore's Penn Station and Washington, DC's Union Station. Photo taken 08-11-2024.
Exit 1 intersects, in ¼ mile, Maryland Route 170, which leads to Interstate 97 via Maryland routes 162 or 648. This portion of MD 170, which runs between Odenton and Brooklyn Park on the border of Anne Arundel County and southeast Baltimore city, forms the northwest leg of BWI's Airport Loop.
